If you see the "User already logged on" warning when opening SAP:
This usually happens if your PC crashed or lost internet while SAP was open.
Select the option: "Continue with this logon and end any other logons in system".
This will kick your "ghost" session and let you in. If this happens repeatedly, please change your SAP password immediately, as someone else might be using your credentials.
